In an interview on Monday, Executive Chef Ukir Sagita emphasized the meticulous attention given to each dish, highlighting their commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients. “Our menu is designed to blend local and international flavors, offering a unique dining experience,” Sagita explained.
With a capacity of up to 100 guests, Kayman provides both indoor and outdoor seating, along with two multifunctional rooms ideal for meetings. The restaurant is also in the process of opening a rooftop open space area, complete with Wi-Fi connectivity.
